I am Amanda Kearns, a PhD researcher at Ulster University, conducting a study titled "Breaking Barriers in Healthcare Communication." This research explores how digital technology can be harnessed to enhance healthcare for individuals dealing with obesity and mental health issues, focusing on integrated mind-body approaches.

As a practitioner of mind-body therapies, your holistic understanding of the interconnectedness of mental and physical health is crucial to this research. We invite you to contribute your valuable insights by participating in a brief, 10-minute survey that includes an engaging video case study.
